DISCLAIMER: The Ultra Wide Synthetic Leather Hose does not fit all of our medium and large Sahara stems perfectly due to the bigger wooden end. However if you put the grommet on the hose first and then twist it into the hose adapter it should fit snug enough to function correctly. Neither the male or female plastic mouthpieces will fit this hose.
